The Rapid Rise Of Political Hopeful Enrique Pena Nieto Is Met With Approval By The Masses

Enrique Pena Nieto is number one for the Partido Revolucionario Institutional (PRI) to the election for president of Mexico in 2012 A governor of the State of Mexico from 2005 t0 2011 first, and now candidate for the presidency. It is true that Enrique Pena Nieto is related to other politicians, but to his credit, he has made an effort to better himself with a law degree as well as an MBA.

He has been connected to the PRI since 1984. First an instructor, then a coordinator, Enrique Pena Nieto worked his way up through the party's ranks. At the same time, he was Chairman of the Political Coordination Board of the same legislature.

He has worked in several administrative offices in the state government of Mexico from the early 90's until 2002. He held various positions such as Government Administration Secretary, President of the Directive Council for the Social Security Institute, President of the Internal Council of Health Institute and Vice President of the Government Board for Integral Family Development System He was also able to gain membership in the National Institute of Public Administration and the Administrative Council for Decentralized Public Agencies.

Preparation for his run for the presidency included being a political advisor, at one time. All of his duties helped to prepare him for his future as a candidate. Subsequently, Pena Nieto made his strategic move towards electoral positions.

He helped pick the governor of the state of Mexico in 2004. Because of his experience, he was able to win against such candidates as, Guillermo González Martínez, Gustavo Cárdenas Monroy, Jaime Vázquez Castillo, Eduardo Bernal Martínez, Fernando Alberto García Cuevas, Cuauhtémoc García Ortega, Isidro Pastor Medrano, Enrique Jacob Rocha, Héctor Luna de la Vega and Carlos Hank Rhon. He became a gubernatorial candidate of the PRI in February 2005.

Elections for the state of Mexico were held on July 3, 2005. 49 percent of the people voted for him. A crowd of 5,000 people came out to watch his inauguration on September 15, 2005.

More than anything he wanted to change things in the areas of The environment, energy reform and sustainable development and the acceleration of educational reform in support of youth empowerment and employment generation His collaboration with the government of Mexico City during his term as state governor to combat issues related to safety, insecurity and transport between the two political entities was a notable feat. The state's economy, housing and agriculture business all benefited from his time in office.

He waited until the end of his term to run for the presidency. Senator Manlio Fabio Beltrones, Nieto's only opponent, has chosen not to run after all. Beltrone's decision not to run has enabled the PRI party to get behind Nieto one hundred percent.

Despite controversies, Pena Nieto is often referred to as the next president of Mexico. He is waging political war with his own presidential polls against his opponents, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador of the leftist PRD party and Josefina Vazquez Mota of the ruling party PAN. The 80 million people in Mexico get to decide on who will govern them, on July 1, 2012.

THE PRI is counting on their candidate to bring home the prize of president. The claim is that Enrique Pena Nieto will not govern his country like a dictator. He expects to renew hope among Mexicans and urge them to build a better nation and a country of peace.

The Predictions of Steve Heyer CEO

Because progress cannot be halted, Steve Heyer CEO argues that companies have to be smart about the way they market themselves, always seeking new methods because new things are coming upon them. Heyer's notes on this were given long ago, yet they prove true now. He delivered a keynote speech bearing this message to a group of 400 media, ad agency and entertainment executives during an “Advertising Age” conference in 2003.

Steve Heyer is a person of great importance in the business world, not least because he is one of the chiefs of Starwood Hotels. Heyer's speech given some years ago was expanded on later, during his interviews. The trick, according to him, was to focus on selling fun, not a bed or a room.

Experiential value is of prime importance here. He said that the hotels had to work on selling experiences worth remembering. Technically, what is being offered has not really changed: it is simply the way of looking at it that has.

The needs of consumers, he explained, had also shifted to customization and were now exerting their strength in full force on the market. The prediction, as we see now, came to pass. And this is most apparent in the computer and digital industries.

The entertainment business is being sucked dry by the latest technologies in the hands of teen consumers. A lot of money was lost by those in the songwriting and production business, for example, because of data-ripping technologies. Millions of music lovers began switching to MP3s on the Web for their music fix.

Heyer remarked on the horrific drop in revenue for singers, songwriters, and producers during this period. It was an object lesson along the lines of Heyer's theme of continuous adaptation to handle a shifting market. It was necessary for other media producers, according to Heyer, to take note of this imperative for change.

What Heyer advocated was the shift from emphasis on the item to emphasis on the experiences associated with it. In the interview explaining his marketing strategy for Starwood Hotels, he furthered explained that they are now a company engaged in distributing entertainment and unforgettable experiences. This marketing tactic would lead to emphasis being placed on the entertainment possibilities of each hotel.

In order to achieve the goal, Heyer has brought in Victoria's Secret, partnering with it to promote the hotels through the fashions shows being hosted for the lingerie line. Because of the exclusivity of the runway shows to Starwood customers, there is a clear integration of the desire to view a Victoria's Secret show with attendance of a Starwood hotel. Here we see the application of Heyer's concepts.

The CEO was also critical of how Hollywood is “slapping” logos and brand names in movies out of context. He found it reprehensible for its lack of contextual significance. Heyer's beliefs here state that he cannot find this a marketing method that would be likely to be effective.

One of Coca Cola's former leaders is actually Steve Heyer CEO. From his work with them, we can see a smarter way to boost brand visibility without being meangingless. He managed to get Coke cups on the table of the judges for a certain talent competition aired on TV, ensuring contextual visibility.

Paying for AACSB Online MBA Programs

Who needs an AACSB online MBA degree? For those who want to be an educator working for an institution that offers business programs, you will need an AACSB-accredited business degree. Unless you are interested in working at a management level, this kind of degree will be useless outside the academe.

In the United States, there is a company that publicly announced that their tuition assistance program will no longer be covering all schools but only those that have the AACSB accreditation. Even if you got an online degree, if the school is AACSB certified, you will get support for your tuition. A business degree adorned with the AACSB label will be highly valuable for opening doors in almost any competitive business environment.

Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International is what these letters stand for. Here is an agency that is voluntarily run and they are in charge of evaluating business and accounting schools for educational quality. What you have here is the watchdog of many business schools and they have been operating since the early 1900s.

Considering their consistency in evaluating schools, the AACSB has given accreditation to a lot of esteemed Ivy League business schools. From Stanford to Duke, there are plenty of educational facilities that have AACSB accredited MBA programs under their belt. Duke University actually has an online MBA program that has been approved by the AACSB.

May the program be in a campus setting or coursed through the Internet, there is no law stating that without an AACSB accreditation, schools cannot offer these degrees. About seventy percent of the schools and programs that have received the seal of approval of the AACSB has failed to comply with the agency's regulations according to a recent study. There are so many things in store for those who manage to complete an AACSB accredited MBA degree but even if this is so, there is a limited number of institutions that have this particular form of accreditation.

The AACSB's accreditation is not the only sign that a school is providing excellent education to the people that enroll in their facilities. For institutions that do not follow the standards of the AACSB, a lot of them are actually providing students with better study programs. Since universities deal with students that are a bit older at times, they need flexibility in their program design and this is only achievable if they are not bound by the standards of the AACSB.

The thing about an AACSB online MBA is that the accreditation jacks up the costs of studying making a conventional MBA more feasible for most students. When it comes to an AACSB online MBA, expect to pay about 30 grand or more. On the other hand, the average cost of its regionally-accredited counterpart is only ,000.

You can save as much as ten grand by not going for the AACSB accredited course. If you are working with limited funds, forego the program with the AACSB seal. If you do not want any hassles when applying for an MBA, choose the regular programs.

Why? When it comes to this, you will have to undergo a test called the GMAT and your undergraduate GPA should not be on an average level. Accredited programs demand higher admission standards making the programs farfetched for average students.

There are plenty of things that should be thought of when it comes to an AACSB online MBA degree but there are numerous reasons why you should go for this kind of degree. Having the confidence in your knowledge and skills makes you a perfect applicant for this kind of program and this will benefit you in the long run if you are someone who is working in a very competitive corporate environment. Also, you might get it if academic prestige matters most to you or you have a corporate tuition plan that only pays for an AACSB-accredited school.
